How to Start OnlyFans With Zero Followers

A big following helps, but plenty of top earners started at zero. What matters is steady traffic, not fame.

Where the first fans come from

• Reddit, in subreddits that allow promotion.
• TikTok and Instagram with safe-for-work teasers pointing to your bio.
• Paid shoutouts once you can convert.
• Management that already has traffic systems running.

Fastest way from zero
