The 10 questions

- What is the split or salary, in writing?
- Is there a starting advance?
- How and when do I get paid?
- Who owns the content?
- How do you protect my privacy?
- Can I leave, and what happens to my account?
- How many creators do you manage?
- What results do current creators see?
- Who is my main contact?
Red flags
Vague answers, pressure to sign fast, no written terms, or asking for account access without a clear reason.
